Mirando hacia atr\u00e1s en la historia y las generaciones anteriores, desde la cuna hasta la tumba, no cambiar\u00eda mucho.<\/strong><\/p><p>Si los Boomers y la <strong>Generaci\u00f3n X<\/strong> pensaban que el siglo XX era una monta\u00f1a rusa de vuelos espaciales, televisi\u00f3n en color y tel\u00e9fonos plegables, el siglo XXI es una metamorfosis notable. Todo el espectro de subt\u00edtulos y cambios de gran alcance result\u00f3 ser axiom\u00e1ticamente indispensable. Desde la perspectiva de hacer negocios en la econom\u00eda global, quedarse quieto significa retroceder. Si bien los trajes a la medida, los autos de alquiler relucientes, los entornos de oficina, las tarjetas de presentaci\u00f3n y los apretones de manos adecuados siguen siendo importantes, est\u00e1n muy alejados de las expectativas principales de una empresa moderna y de la definici\u00f3n del \u00e9xito.<\/p><p><strong>Los Millennials<\/strong> (nacidos entre 1981 y 1996) y, especialmente, la <strong>Generaci\u00f3n Z<\/strong> (nacidos entre 1997 y 2012) trajeron y seguir\u00e1n trayendo una gran disrupci\u00f3n a los negocios y mercados laborales en la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada. Las corporaciones deben adaptarse a sus empleados, consumidores y personas influyentes, quienes rechazan rotundamente los viejos s\u00edmbolos de estatus y realmente quieren marcar una diferencia positiva en el mundo. La creatividad, el medio ambiente, la diversidad cultural, la empat\u00eda y el equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal se encuentran entre los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes de la vida de los millennials y la generaci\u00f3n Z. A menudo calificados como \u00abcopos de nieve\u00bb, privilegiados y demasiado sensibles por las generaciones anteriores, el tono despectivo no parece desconcertarlos ni asustarlos. Sus cabezas pueden estar en las nubes, pero la gravedad est\u00e1 firmemente centrada en alejarse del viejo mundo.<\/p><p>Para poner esto en un t\u00e9rmino de etiqueta empresarial, hay mucho que aprender y otras que desaprender. Tener habilidades camale\u00f3nicas, estar bien informado sobre temas sociales y la capacidad de comunicarse en todos los niveles est\u00e1n en lo m\u00e1s alto de mi lista. Las formalidades tradicionales son una peque\u00f1a fracci\u00f3n del panorama general cuando se realizan y se comunican en los negocios, reservados para el m\u00e1s alto nivel de los gobiernos y las estructuras corporativas convencionales. Sin embargo, la conciencia social, el compromiso con la sostenibilidad, la diversidad, la igualdad y la inclusi\u00f3n son la fuerza impulsora detr\u00e1s de la etiqueta empresarial moderna a gran escala.<\/p><p>A veces, el cambio, como siempre ha sido, puede ser desafiante e inc\u00f3modo, pero muy rara vez es innecesario. Dependiendo de d\u00f3nde se encuentre en el espectro empresarial de la sociedad moderna actual, el panorama ha cambiado tanto para los empleados como para los empleadores. La prueba m\u00e1s evidente de ello es la reacci\u00f3n global ante el actual conflicto en Europa. Este es un excelente ejemplo de una cultura centenaria, tradicionalmente orientada a las ganancias, que da la espalda a la injusticia, la agresi\u00f3n y el sufrimiento de personas inocentes. Una proporci\u00f3n abrumadora de corporaciones en todo el mundo elige hacer lo correcto a un costo de beneficio muy alto. Este movimiento poco ortodoxo es bien recibido, alentado y apoyado por grandes poblaciones mundiales, que se niegan a ignorar este deplorable abuso. Las empresas se est\u00e1n transformando r\u00e1pidamente y, adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1n ganando clientes, consumidores, socios comerciales y empleados leales para toda la vida de forma
