Estimo conveniente resaltar la importancia de encaminar su desenvolvimiento en concordancia con los protocolos corporativos que debieran existir al respecto. Es ineludible priorizar su trascendencia; en ocasiones constituye el primer encuentro entre el cliente y la empresa.<\/strong><\/p><p>En tal sentido, se debe rehusar pasar inadvertido este aspecto de especial significaci\u00f3n. De all\u00ed la necesidad de contar con procedimientos expl\u00edcitos, desarrollar procesos de inducci\u00f3n y asegurar reclutar colaboradores con el perfil requerido. En contingencias por disminuir costos se minimizan sus alcances; lo que, en un mediano o largo plazo, da\u00f1ar\u00e1 la imagen, la credibilidad y el prestigio de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p><p><em>Convendr\u00eda que el personal exhiba s\u00f3lidas habilidades blandas como: capacidad persuasiva y de escucha, alto grado de empat\u00eda, probada destreza negociadora, iniciativa y proactividad, entre otros componentes que describiremos a fin de evitar circunscribirse \u00fanicamente a un limitado libreto acerca de los alcances del servicio y\/o producto ofrecido. En negocios de las m\u00e1s variadas caracter\u00edsticas convendr\u00eda implementar preceptos rigurosos en la selecci\u00f3n del encargado de esta labor.<\/em><\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s del contacto telef\u00f3nico innumerables consumidores configuran la inicial impresi\u00f3n de la \u201cidentidad corporativa\u201d; \u00e9sta no es un concepto abstracto, ni un enunciado vac\u00edo. Por el contrario, constituye un conjunto de elementos de enorme val\u00eda que definen su misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n, valores, pol\u00edticas, servicios, etc. Es decir, la marca de la organizaci\u00f3n se percibe en este proceso de interacci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>De modo que, es una carta de presentaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito externo. No debemos omitir darle su real connotaci\u00f3n en el acercamiento y negociaci\u00f3n con sus diversas audiencias. Recomiendo elaborar directivas y acompa\u00f1arlas de programas de capacitaci\u00f3n conducentes a uniformizar los criterios estipulados en la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Valoremos las repercusiones de una adecuada formaci\u00f3n para garantizar una excelsa calidad de la atenci\u00f3n. Su buena prestaci\u00f3n se define por la amabilidad, disposici\u00f3n, \u00f3ptima entonaci\u00f3n, empleo de la sonrisa y al ofrecer excelente esmero. Existen situaciones en donde el encargado es inexperto e ignora las secuelas de su accionar en la ascendencia de la imagen. Insisto en la siguiente afirmaci\u00f3n: la totalidad de las funciones y roles integran un sistema que debe funcionar con coherencia, homogeneidad y transversalidad, en coincidencia con la convincente aseveraci\u00f3n del empresario estadounidense Tony Hsieh \u201cEl servicio al cliente no debe ser solo un departamento: debe ser toda la empresa\u201d.<\/p><p>Algunas recomendaciones b\u00e1sicas: responda con prontitud y prescinda hacer esperar al interlocutor; identif\u00edquese con el nombre de la empresa y el suyo; sonr\u00eda levemente, ayuda a preparar una entonaci\u00f3n amable; evada consumir alimentos, afectar\u00e1 su dicci\u00f3n y tono de voz y, adem\u00e1s, concibe escaso profesionalismo; tenga a la mano una libreta para anotaciones; jam\u00e1s responda empleando monos\u00edlabos, muestra falta de modales e inter\u00e9s; esquiva tapar con la mano el tel\u00e9fono y\/o descolgarlo para continuar una conversaci\u00f3n presencial; trate siempre de usted, no es bien visto el tuteo; procure infundir confianza y seguridad; apunte el nombre de la persona; retorne las llamadas a la brevedad posible como manifestaci\u00f3n de consideraci\u00f3n y comportamiento ejecutivo.<\/p><p>Es imprescindible contar con la infraestructura necesaria para que el tel\u00e9fono no suene m\u00e1s de tres veces antes de que el recepcionista lo atienda; al momento de contestar, abandone lo que est\u00e1n haciendo; mida la intensidad de la voz, emplee una pronunciaci\u00f3n correcta y elija las palabras adecuadas, de acuerdo al mensaje que desea transmitir; en caso exista una consulta interna, antes de dar una r\u00e9plica, pregunte con afabilidad si est\u00e1 dispuesto a esperar unos minutos con la finalidad de soslayar incomodidades; acoja con celeridad las inquietudes y conserve, hasta en los instantes m\u00e1s tensos, el autocontrol emocional.<\/p><p>Asimismo, aconsejo conocer las cuestiones complejas que podr\u00edan ameritar formularle con el prop\u00f3sito de resolverlas con fluidez y dominio y, en consecuencia, sortear verse en una situaci\u00f3n inc\u00f3moda que revele exiguo conocimiento. Es imprescindible tener resuelto el listado de las m\u00e1s agudas interrogantes y contar con asesor\u00eda en situaciones cr\u00edticas. Subrayo la urgencia darle una inspiraci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p><p>Sugiero establecer mecanismos permanentes de evaluaci\u00f3n para medir el desempe\u00f1o, tener discernimiento de las llamadas exitosas, aquellas que no pudieron satisfacer las dudas de los interesados, cuales no consiguieron atender y las que terminaron en discusiones; es un punto orientado mejorar el trabajo. Esto se puede implementar con un registro de lo acontecido. Y, por \u00faltimo, proceder a su correspondiente an\u00e1lisis.<\/p><p>En el desempe\u00f1o de este inapreciable quehacer se pone a prueba la genuina preparaci\u00f3n y destreza. Preoc\u00fapese de brindar una prestaci\u00f3n acorde a los est\u00e1ndares de competitividad en el mundo de los negocios.
