Por \u00faltimo, puede convertirse en un \u201cterm\u00f3metro\u201d orientado a reconocer la cultura de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>En el contexto externo persigue los siguientes objetivos: estar al corriente del producto y\/o servicio, difundir revelaciones, promover un mayor posicionamiento, servir como medio de recordaci\u00f3n, recoger la opini\u00f3n de clientes, guiar a proveedores, contribuir en la creaci\u00f3n de una imagen corporativa o de marca, etc.<\/p><p>En el \u00e1mbito interno tiene una diversidad de connotaciones que repercutir\u00e1n en el ambiente externo. De all\u00ed la importancia de implementar, evaluar y corregir aspectos que afectan su entendimiento e inspiraci\u00f3n como medio para la consecuci\u00f3n de ideales. As\u00ed, por ejemplo, busca hacer conocer las determinaciones de los m\u00e1s altos niveles de la empresa, establecer un nexo de ida y vuelta entre empleados y jefes y, por cierto, fomentar una relaci\u00f3n integral.<\/p><p>Para ello, se efect\u00faa la comunicaci\u00f3n descendente, ascendente y horizontal. Deteng\u00e1monos a explicar cada una: la descendente surge desde un cargo alto hacia personas de menor nivel jer\u00e1rquico; sirve para dirigir y controlar. Es decir, est\u00e1 encaminada a la asignaci\u00f3n de metas, instrucciones, pol\u00edticas y retroalimentar al empleado. \u00c9sta acrecienta el clima interno, potencia el rendimiento, permite la prevenci\u00f3n de problemas, evita la existencia de murmuraciones, especulaciones e incertidumbres.<\/p><p>La ascendente se origina de un colaborador de menor jerarqu\u00eda a un encargado o jefe. Suelen ser de menor n\u00famero a las descendentes y su mayor tributo radica en que optimiza la toma de decisiones. Tiene como ventajas expandir la capacitaci\u00f3n profesional, reducir los niveles de conflictividad, incrementar el grado de adhesi\u00f3n e identificaci\u00f3n y elevar la autoestima del personal al sentirse parte de la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La horizontal se instaura habitualmente para espacios de conexi\u00f3n. Su aplicaci\u00f3n puede redundar en la confianza y apertura. Entre sus principales virtudes est\u00e1n: aumenta la coordinaci\u00f3n, acrecienta la atm\u00f3sfera interna, fortalece la integraci\u00f3n, anima la innovaci\u00f3n y el trabajo en equipo.<\/p><p>Es imperativo asegurar que los mecanismos descritos funcionen en concordancia con las pol\u00edticas institucionales a fin de evitar la gestaci\u00f3n de rumores. \u00c9ste es un asunto espont\u00e1neo y cotidiano, con un contenido interesante, seductor, ambiguo, que deber\u00eda ser cre\u00eddo y secreto; su transmisi\u00f3n es encadenada y exponencial; proviene de una fuente desconocida, pero \u201cfiable\u201d. Su subsistencia representa la m\u00e1s evidente manifestaci\u00f3n de las deficiencias del sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n. De lo contario, no habr\u00eda lugar para su protagonismo y expansi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Un aspecto trascendente consiste en conocer la genuina capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s representativos funcionarios. Un profesional con excelsos est\u00e1ndares de habilidades duras, competencias e incluso larga trayectoria en el mercado laboral puede suponer que sabe comunicarse. Sin embargo, cuando se omite detectar oportunamente su ausencia de destreza, nace una dificultad de envergadura. Por lo tanto, recomiendo evaluar su asertividad, talento persuasivo y prolijidad de negociaci\u00f3n. En ocasiones no siempre han sido entrenados para este prop\u00f3sito y, en consecuencia, se suscitar\u00e1n problemas que se irradian en todas las esferas.<\/p><p>Al respecto, sugiero ejercitar una comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva, cort\u00e9s y cuidar los estilos con el prop\u00f3sito de certificar su comprensi\u00f3n y una buena interacci\u00f3n. Recuerde: las formas concluyen siendo tan significativas como el fondo. De all\u00ed la necesidad de exhibir s\u00f3lidas habilidades blandas que aseguren un desenvolvimiento enmarcado en la tolerancia, la empat\u00eda, la afabilidad y diferentes componentes orientados a ratificar un entendimiento en el que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las posibles discrepancias, prevalezca el respeto y la armon\u00eda. No siempre se alcanza este prop\u00f3sito debido a negativos y desfavorables escenarios de trabajo.<\/p><p>La comunicaci\u00f3n debe ameritar especial atenci\u00f3n, sin importar el tama\u00f1o y actividad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. La coexistencia de omisiones, erradas interpretaciones y recados distorsionados acarrea un sinn\u00famero de impactos en la credibilidad, reputaci\u00f3n y v\u00ednculo con sus audiencias. Soslayemos subestimar o prescindir adoptar las acciones correctivas. Es deseable realizar una auditor\u00eda con la finalidad de tener un diagn\u00f3stico independiente y acreditado.<\/p><p>En un mundo cada vez m\u00e1s interdependiente es un medio integrador, motivador, persuasivo, esclarecedor y destinado a una enriquecedora retroalimentaci\u00f3n. Gracias a \u00e9sta se fortalece el intercambio, se forjan nuevos v\u00ednculos comerciales y se proyecta la identidad corporativa con los consiguientes beneficios que conlleva erigir un horizonte ambicioso, respetado y esperanzador.
