Sin embargo, lo obvio para unos, esquiva serlo para todos. Lograr su plena vigencia demanda expl\u00edcitas condiciones que, a mi parecer, eluden enmarcar el quehacer empresarial de innumerables hombres y mujeres.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La \u00e9tica involucra incluir un conjunto de normas que indican c\u00f3mo desenvolvernos para asegurar un desempe\u00f1o digno. Permite demostrar actitudes y h\u00e1bitos concordantes con los valores corporativos de la organizaci\u00f3n y que, adem\u00e1s, deben ser sostenibles en el tiempo. Por lo tanto, estamos refiri\u00e9ndonos a los principios que cada uno de nosotros opta para orientar sus acciones y decisiones.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Proceder con \u00e9tica no es imposible, ni una abstracci\u00f3n. Demanda probada autoestima, lucidez para tomar determinaciones -no siempre bienvenidas y aceptadas- y preceptos s\u00f3lidamente posesionados; debemos integrar estos elementos de manera inequ\u00edvoca. En nombre del \u201cpragmatismo\u201d se pretende, en sinn\u00famero de circunstancias, colocar entre par\u00e9ntesis la \u00e9tica. Tambi\u00e9n, consideremos que la voluntad, acuerdo o presi\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda no implica una decisi\u00f3n correcta. De all\u00ed la enorme importancia de proceder, en toda coyuntura, con independencia y distantes de injerencias ajenas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tampoco busquemos refugiarnos en el obrar del resto para justificarnos. Actuemos con individualidad, declinemos recurrir a cualquiera de las variadas formas de \u201cdesconexi\u00f3n moral\u201d para minimizar o amparar nuestras posturas. La \u00e9tica exige autonom\u00eda, firmeza, convicci\u00f3n y coraje. \u00a1Recuerde!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El ambiente laboral viabiliza darnos cuenta de las dificultades e incomprensiones acerca de su implementaci\u00f3n o de su coincidencia con las pol\u00edticas corporativas. No obstante, \u00e9sta realza la imagen, otorga credibilidad y brinda prestigio. Es una magn\u00edfica carta de presentaci\u00f3n y representa un valor agregado. En s\u00edntesis, desplegar\u00e1 nuevas oportunidades y realizaciones.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Seguidamente explico varias recomendaciones pr\u00e1cticas, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de nuestra jerarqu\u00eda, para el \u00e1mbito de trabajo. Se trata, \u00fanicamente, de reflexiones y sugerencias, asociadas a las buenas pr\u00e1cticas empresariales, cuya val\u00eda depender\u00e1 de la solvencia y convencimiento para interpretar sin ambig\u00fcedades la obligada transcendencia de la \u00e9tica.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Haga de la transparencia un estilo de actuaci\u00f3n. \u00c9sta forma parte de un c\u00edrculo virtuoso destinado a promover la confianza y, por lo tanto, la creaci\u00f3n de una convivencia que facilitar\u00e1 una reciprocidad llevadera con sus colaboradores, clientes, proveedores, etc. Asimismo, concibe un espacio de mayor acercamiento para los negocios.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Practique la lealtad. Es uno de los valores m\u00e1s estimados por su vasta repercusi\u00f3n; ser\u00e1 una indudable manifestaci\u00f3n de su pleno esp\u00edritu de identidad y compromiso con la organizaci\u00f3n. Es dif\u00edcil es un medio colmado de tentaciones, traiciones y ef\u00edmeras fidelidades.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Proceda con discreci\u00f3n. Guarde absoluta reserva aun cuando no sean t\u00f3picos confidenciales. La mesura facilitar\u00e1 hacerlo merecedor de consideraci\u00f3n. Sea due\u00f1o de su silencio, en lugar de esclavo de las palabras expuestas en momentos de imprudencia. Esta cualidad puede asegurar su estabilidad laboral.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Asuma la tolerancia como expresi\u00f3n de sus habilidades blandas. Sea capaz de forjar una interacci\u00f3n saludable con quienes, por motivaciones religiosas, sociales, ideol\u00f3gicas, sexuales, etc., tienen puntos de vista opuestos a los suyos. Aplique la empat\u00eda y acepte las diferencias humanas. Las discrepancias nos proveen de aprendizajes, aportes y connotaciones positivas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sea coherente entre lo que piensa, siente, dice y hace. Prop\u00f3ngase realizar este ejercicio de decencia escaso en un contexto dominado por intereses, c\u00e1lculos y oportunismos. Tenga el pudor de comunicar lo que concibe -guardando adecuada correcci\u00f3n y tino- y decline declarar lo que otros desean escuchar. Obvie comentarios aduladores o c\u00f3mplices. Esta penosa usanza est\u00e1 normalizada en las reuniones de profesores maquilladas por la sumisi\u00f3n, la apat\u00eda y el s\u00f3rdido mutis.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ejerza el respeto como factor de integraci\u00f3n. El reconocimiento de los derechos del pr\u00f3jimo, la buena educaci\u00f3n y la amabilidad distingue, abre puertas, realza la personalidad, genera un \u00f3ptimo espacio para el entendimiento. Har\u00e1 m\u00e1s agradable la conexi\u00f3n con sus semejantes y contribuir\u00e1 al excelso clima de trabajo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nuestro desempe\u00f1o evidencia nuestros valores y directrices y, especialmente, revela la genuina dimensi\u00f3n de nuestra \u00e9tica. Tengamos el indisoluble convencimiento de interiorizarla como una luz inspiradora y esperanzadora, a pesar de las oscuridades, obst\u00e1culos y desidias que enfrentamos. Evoco con ilusi\u00f3n las palabras del c\u00e9lebre escritor australiano Morris West: \u201cEl ejemplo es la lecci\u00f3n que todos los hombres podemos leer\u201d.<\/span><span
