Mientras los humanos caminen sobre la faz de la tierra, habr\u00e1 enfrentamientos.<\/strong> Desde problemas menores como programar dos citas simult\u00e1neamente en su planificador hasta disputas entre familiares y compa\u00f1eros de trabajo o desacuerdos pol\u00edticos dentro del gobierno, todos se enfrentar\u00e1n a conflictos en alg\u00fan nivel y de alguna manera.<\/p><p>En su mayor parte, nadie quiere entrar en un conflicto o desacuerdo personal intencionalmente. Los conflictos pueden causar un gran revuelo de emociones crudas y defensas. Si no se maneja correctamente, puede causar muchos malentendidos, relaciones rotas, dificultades financieras, reacciones inesperadas u otros asuntos y problemas.<\/p><p>Uno de los mejores protocolos para manejar conflictos es evitar los problemas antes de que surjan. Sin embargo, esa no es siempre una opci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>Al manejar el conflicto, tenga en cuenta estas pautas:<\/strong><\/p><p>Inmediatamente: cuando surja un problema inevitable, abordelo de inmediato o lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible para evitar que la situaci\u00f3n se agrave a\u00fan m\u00e1s.
