Passionate about empowering women and promoting diversity and inclusion, I advocate for underrepresented individuals and support emerging leaders, particularly women and minorities, through personal coaching.

Skilled at creating positive conversations, bringing people together, and supporting individual growth, I developed these abilities through my experiences as a filmmaker and film director, asking targeted questions to understand people and share their stories widely.

As a coach and diversity consultant, research and positive organizational changes define my recent years. Interviewing people from diverse backgrounds, I firmly believe in the unique passions and motivations that guide each person's actions.

Building connections by approaching people from this perspective, tackling tough conversations, and addressing root causes characterize my approach. I act as a catalyst within organizations, uncovering truths and constructing bridges for sustainable solutions.

With a background in journalism and filmmaking, I possess a special ability to generate support for implementing solutions. Taking on the role of catalyst, I oversee necessary tasks and navigate challenges to align both personal and organizational goals.
