Marco has a degree as a professor in Art History (CEDART Bellas Artes), a diploma in government, management and public policies from CIDE, a diploma in Applied Economics from the University of Guanajuato; a diploma in negotiation, mediation and construction of agreements from CIDE.
In 2016, he founded the civil association: Honoris Causa International Foundation with Dr. Enrique Michel Velasco in the city of Guadalajara. He was a member of the board of the Mexican American Chamber of Commerce in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, was an advisor to the Mexican Civic Society in Illinois, United States, and coordinator of Honor and Justice for the Hispanic Communities Council in the United States of America.
I hereby award the Ibero-American Medal of the Honoris Causa Foundation in the month of April 2021 to Dolores Huerta, American trade unionist, co-founder and first vice president emeritus of the Agricultural Workers Union of America, AFL CIO.
