The Republic of the Seven United Netherlands flourished in areas such as the arts. The image on the plate is based on Still Life with Flowers in a Glass Vase, a painting by Jan Davidsz. De Heem (Utrecht April 1606 – Antwerp between September 18, 1683 and September 18, 1684). Jan Davidsz. De Heem was a Dutch painter who only painted still lifes. Still, Life with Flowers in a Glass Vase can be seen in the Rijksmuseum. Made in the Netherlands by Heinen Delfs Blauw.
